Mississippi Man Convicted of Fourth Drunk Driving Offense

Thirty-two-year-old Brandon McQueen Cox of Olive Branch, Mississippi was convicted of his fourth drunk driving offense this week.  Cox was hit with a $5,000 fine and is now facing up to two years in prison awaiting his sentencing in August.

Daniel A. Haynes III, 29, could be facing more than 25-years in prison from the nearly two dozen charges he’s facing after he crashed his vehicle with five passengers inside; three of which were children. Haynes was drunk when he lost control of his vehicle, crashing it into a utility pole.

Driver Arrested For DUI In Trail County Train-Car Crash

Michael Cox, 26, is facing a handful of charges after a train hit the car he was driving. Cox and his passenger were able to escape the vehicle after it was became stuck on the tracks. The 27-year-old female passenger was taken for treatment at a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
